The ECG below contains a PAC originating from the inferior aspect of the right atrium near the coronary artery sinus. Negative P waves appear in inferior lead aVF.

The PR interval in this case is approximately 0.12 seconds. Negative P waves appear in avF, so the origin of the aberrant focus is clearly from the inferior aspect of the right atrium near the coronary sinus rather than from the AV junction.
