The normal PQ interval has a duration of 0.13 to 0.20 seconds. The PQ interval may be as long as 0.21 seconds in sinus bradycardia. The interval is measured from the start of the P wave up to the beginning of the QRS complex. Figure 4 demonstrates the PQ interval.
