Incomplete Left Bundle-Branch Block

Incomplete LBBB is rare. The QRS duration of incomplete LBBB is about 0.12 seconds, a finding that differentiates incomplete from complete LBBB. 

The typical rsr pattern may be seen in the precordial leads with a sudden change from a negative QRS deflection in V4 to a positive deflection in V5. If this abrupt change is not seen, the ECG may represent LVH with prolonged QRS.
