As you complete this course, you join many other healthcare workers prepared to intervene in life-threatening situations. Pediatric deaths due to cardiac arrest are rare, so healthcare providers must work to maintain a high level of skill and knowledge. 

With the completion of this course, you should be well-prepared to take the exam and obtain your PALS provider card. However, your education should not end here.

  • As a PALS provider, it is your responsibility to keep up with research-based changes to the protocol.
