It was a wonderful review. I have been a nurse for many years & have been through many different ACLS classes. This is the 1st online class I have taken. The site was easy to move through. The information wad clear & informative. Thank you

Why this webste? Material clear and concise. Lots of practice tests and practice megacodes available. Videos available. Test is open book, did not include megacodes, and was reasonable. Complaints about other websites used by my partners, and hospital staff, included unfair and unclear megacodes on the test that it took forever to discern what the tester was getting at. This necessitated having to retake the whole test over and over again, never knowing why their answers were wrong, until they finally passed by luck and hours of trial and error. Because of the practice tests and practice megacodes available for two years, I may actually use this website to refresh myself when, like most of those taking ACLS, I forget 80% of this stuff in two weeks. It will be more fun to do a few megacodes than slog through, admittedly by the American Heat Association themselves, a ream of the driest and mostly useless minutia on the planet. To sum up for 2014 what is useful and you might remember: Learn good CPR and don't stop for all the other useless things you could do except, shock ASAP, IV epinephrine, always use 200 biphasic joules no matter what you shock, shock quickly and humanely if the patient is deteriorating with any tachycardia, get stroke victims and chest pain patients to the ED as fast as you can, give oxygen during respiratory arrests or hypoxia, and don't do anything heroic with asystole. That's about 90% of anything that any none ED doc needs to know to, by evidence based medicine, increase survival in a code. Oh, and this site gives CME, also a plus.

All things considered, a very thorough presentations of material. Easy to read and follow. I would've liked more EKG explanations, as I had to visit supplemental websites to obtain a full understanding of a few. Otherwise, well done! Thank you.
