Overall I loved being able to re-cert on line, it's the first time I've done it that way. I think the questions could be worded better- some were poorly writting, and the negative questions (i.e., all the following EXCEPT questions) should be changed to positive questions. I liked being able to look at the learning materials while I reviewed the quesitons. Definitely will do this again for next time!!
