I am very rural; my computer on 3 occasions or more 'lost internet connection' once when I was trying to take the test..this progam allowed me to go back and forth without penalty or question..HOW I appreciated that thank you very much..I am disappointed with my score, but I did get the re-cert..thank you again very very much..for ME it was well worth the money..Lorraine Baptist
