Some questions could be improved, e.g. 'which is not an advanced airway 1. Laryngeal Tube or 2. an oral airway? At least an oral airway is a real object even though not an advanced airway. After 35 years as an anesthesiologist I'm not sure I've ever touched a 'laryngeal tube'.

This is exactly what I needed. As most of the students for ACLS are busy professionals, blocking out two days from home with work is at least inconvenient, if not impossible. This course gave up to date information in the most convenient and efficient way possible, namely moving at your own pace. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.
