I have never had better customer service!! I am very, let's say "careful" with my money, so I asked about 10,000 questions before I signed up and during my certification process. This must be one of the best programs to renew your ACLS. The study guides are fantastic, easy to follow. The videos help make the experience all the better. No Stress, No hassle and very easy to use. I highly recommend.

The fun is back into ACLS re certification process! Well constructed, convenient and involving self education and self assessment course, that would in the past drag through a precious weekend day off. This way you can do it at your pace from the comfort of your home. In addition by having a constant access to the course material one can always go back to a fun and informative skill scenarios and tests for memory refreshing in the 2 year certification cycle. Not to mention saving on the trees. Great way of keeping current and re certified. I wouldn't do any other way now.
