Start CPR
Give Oxygen
Attach monitor/defibrillator
CPR 2 min
Epinephine every 3-5 min
Consider advanced airway, capnography
CPR 2 min
IV/IO access
VT/VF
CPR 2 min
Amiodarone
Treat reversible causes
Reset/Shuffle
