Polymorphic ventricular tachycardia is characterized by:
- Regularity: Usually irregular
- Rate: Atrial rate not measurable; ventricular rate 150-250 bpm
- P Wave: No P waves
- PR Interval: No PRI
- QRS Complex: Variable morphology with asymmetrical QRS complexes; wide and bizarre – usually > 0.12 seconds
