• Sinus Tachycardia usually begins and ends gradually.
• The rhythm is regular.
• The heart rate is above 100 bpm (adults)
• P wave before each QRS.
• All P waves are the same shape.
• PR Interval 0.12-0.20 sec.
• QRS duration equal to or less than 0.10 seconds.
