I misplaced my provider card. What should I do?
It’s easy to misplace your provider card. That is why we make it uncomplicated for you to get another copy. First, we recommend saving the original email that gives you access to your card after you pass your final exam. But, if you no longer have that email — no problem! Just reach out to our customer service representatives, and they will resend you access to your provider card.
