These ACLS Certification Courses have been pre-approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for Class A CE credits.
As of May 1, 2013, the AANA no longer awards CME credits for Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or recertification courses. This change was due to a revision by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers (ANCC) with the goal of providing quality education offerings that offer CRNAs supplemental courses that meet their level of licensure.
Credit can only be obtained once per three-year period.
For Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a must. In fact, in most states and countries, it’s required. ACLS Certification Association’s accredited ACLS courses and online training center prepare you for airway management techniques, stroke recognition and treatment protocols, and the latest evidence-based cardiopulmonary emergency interventions.
Both certification and recertification remain valid for two years.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training is integral for CRNAs working with pediatric populations. Our PALS program aligns with the latest emergency cardiovascular care guidelines, providing the critical skills needed to assess, stabilize, and treat seriously ill or injured infants and children.
PALS credentials remain valid for two years.
Neonatal resuscitation skills are essential for nurse anesthetists working in obstetric or neonatal care settings. The ACA Neonatal Resuscitation program addresses critical concepts, advanced algorithms, and intervention strategies to stabilize newborns during the first minutes of life.
This certification also remains valid for two years.
